Customer service assistance:
is an essential part of the R. E. Garrison organization. This means communicating with the CSRs regularly and answering their queries. The customer services team is dedicated towards making sure that the customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner and that they are satisfied with R. E. Garrison. This starts with the CSA.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant
• Deal with customers and vendors via email or over the phone
• Respond to update requests promptly with accurate information
• Request/schedule appointments immediately so nothing gets missed
• Maintain records of interactions with vendors in an orderly manner
• Coordinate with customer service to find solutions and resolve matters such as missed appointments, etc.
Extra Skills that are Highly Valued
• Should be able to use the computer extremely well
• Should have great communication skills: written and verbal communication
• Should be able to handle a high volume of data input and be able to get it done at a good pace
• Should have a lot of patience when communicating with a customer, vendor, etc.
• Should be able to maintain their composure even if the customer or vendor is being rude
• Should have good listening skills, since most of the time, communication is done over the phone
• Should be very attentive to detailing
• Should have the skill of versatility; they will have to adapt to many situations regarding the customer and vendor
